About the Author
Mr. Hitoshi Yamada has been a student of Lean and the elimination of waste since he met Mr. Taiichi Ohno in 1971. Since that fateful meeting Mr. Yamada has relentlessly worked to improve his own skills in seeing waste, teaching others to examine their work and their lives, and encouraging people to eliminate every form of waste they encounter so that they may lead a richer, more fulfilling life.
I hope that this book and the use of Muda-tori will lead to motivation and innovation for each individual in their everyday life.
