Weight Loss Warrior has got me Inspired to Take off the Weight and Still have a Treat Without Guilt!

This book has information that is not new to me. I have heard almost every suggestion in the book somewhere along my very long journey to slim down and keep off the pounds. The one suggestion I had not put to practice is drinking 8oz glass of water before all 6 meal/snacks. It is working so far and have taken off 2 lbs and 2 inches around my waist in 1 week. I know that isn't a lot...but it is a sign that this book does have something that may have been heard before but until you put it to practice you never know if it would work or not. Before I start my next meal/snack I feel full filling up with just 8ozs of water 5-10min before an eating session to the next without being hungry. You can have the item of desire just cut the intake by 1/2 and you still will see a weight loss. I've been cutting down on my intake and exercise 7 days a week on the treadmill wearing a stomach trainer/lotion. All together what I am able to lose will become, hopefully permanent weight loss. This book did inspire me to get started and make it work this time and hope for another 2 pounds and inches to be taken off this next week. Fingers crossed that it can become my reality! This is the wife of Scott and give this book two thumbs up to try some new techniques to get the excess weight off this time and keep it off!

This diet is pure GOLD

Don't let the cheesy cover fool you - the content is pure gold. I really don't think the cover of this book does it any justice and I nearly passed this book by just because of its cover.

Luckily I read the book.

Not only does it inspire you to do the diet, this diet just plain works. My neighbour (who gave me the book) lost 15 pounds in no time and got rid of his belly fat.

I'd give it 5 stars but I just started on it so I don't feel right to give it a raving review before I've used it for at least a month.
For now though I've been using it for a week and it's super easy and I can SEE the weight coming off (yeah!)

I just wished they'd use a nicer cover for this cool book.

Great tips for those of us who need to lose weight!

This is a great book for those of us who really need to lose some weight. I really enjoyed the tips about speeding up your metabolism. We all need some help in that area, don't we? The ideas about walking and toning were especially helpful as well. Thanks for a well rounded book about weight loss!
